of MEA CAPITAL is to assist customers to create a real estate with stable cash
flow from leasing the premises. The specialization of MEA CAPITAL is real
estate development service for corporate companies and private customers.

We are actively working on project management analyzing land plots and testing potential concept development, as well as questioning the tenants about their interests. Eventually, we are selling the project as financial tool for real estate asset companies or pension funds, which are willing to invest into real estate.
Our team consists of professionals with an experience in a scope of area – in a retail and shopping center management, as well as management of industrial buildings, construction and technical supervisory.
